To do this, it is "essential to nationalize part of the banking sector ", he added.

The PCF proposes "to increase salaries immediately, to increase pensions, to lower taxes on basic necessities, to immediately lower the price of electricity" , as well as the construction of "200,000 homes per year" . Also included in this program are "the production of twenty new nuclear power plants" and an "investment plan in the railway network to be able to prefer the train, but also to lower the price of tickets" . The PCF also intends "to plan the hiring and training, under status, of hundreds of thousands of teachers, caregivers, social workers, customs officers, police officers, territorial agents" .

If François Bayrou's budget "does not move" and if the Prime Minister "intends to force it through once again" , "there will be a motion of censure and we will vote for it" , added the head of the PCF, who "will support" all the union mobilizations as well as the movement, born on the internet, calling for France to be "blocked" on September 10 .
